Latin LOLCat: Master of Money

Here is today's Latin LOLCat: The Latin saying features verbs (imperare, to command, give orders to; servire, to serve, be a slave to) - but I couldn't find a really vivid pair of English verbs that brought out the contrast, so I decided to use the noun pair master-slave instead. If you are interested in Latin proverbs and fables, check out the Bestiaria Latina blog.

Pecuniae imperare oportet, non servire.

You must be the master of money, not its slave.
