Poster: Fox & Lion

Acquaintance softens prejudice.
(Aesop)

The source for the proverb is Forty Thousand Quotations: Prose and Poetical by Charles Noel Douglas (Bartleby.com). The story comes from an Aesop's fable about the fox and the lion: "The fox had never seen a lion before, so when she happened to met the lion for the first time she all but died of fright. The second time she saw him, she was still afraid, but not as much as before. The third time, the fox was bold enough to go right up to the lion and speak to him." The poster is made with AutoMotivator. The image is by Richard Heighway at Flickr.
